Chat sessions
What counts as one session?
Section titled “What counts as one session?”One chat session gives you 60 minutes of AI work in one conversation. The session starts when Tegy accepts your first AI request. Opening the app or creating an empty chat does not start the clock.
Work you submit in the same conversation during that hour is included. The clock does not pause or restart with each message. Separate conversations use separate sessions.
What happens after the hour?
Section titled “What happens after the hour?”The conversation becomes read-only. You can still read its messages and view or download its artifacts. Start a new conversation to continue working.
Work accepted before the hour ends can finish afterward. Closing your browser does not stop the session clock.
How do allowances work?
Section titled “How do allowances work?”- A subscription includes ten chat sessions per subscription month. Unused monthly sessions do not roll over.
- An on-demand pack includes three sessions. Purchased sessions do not expire.
- Tegy uses expiring subscription sessions before purchased sessions.
- Active subscribers can use Brief without spending a session. Brief conversations still have the same 60-minute window.

Where can I check my balance?
